How does delivery and pickup work?
We deliver clean, reusable moving totes to your home on your scheduled date. Once you’re finished unpacking, we return to pick them up from your new or current location.
How long is the rental?
Each rental package has a 2 week minimum rental period along with a 4 week option. If you need more time, just let us know before the pickup date and we do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do I need to clean the totes?
No. Just empty them and have them ready for pickup. We handle cleaning and sanitizing between rentals.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all communities within a 25 miles radius of Newburyport, MA as part of our standard service. Service areas outside of the standard area are subject to additional charges.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your move date, especially during busy periods. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory.
How big are the totes?
Our totes are 25" x 15" x 11" and hold 17 gallons.
Can I mark the totes by room or contents for our move?
Every tote is fitted with a clear postcard sleeve. We supply a card with every tote for marking room, contents, and whatever else you need. Every rental even comes with a marker!
